Tristan Bae, RMT
Tristan graduated from Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and has been licensed since 2007. Highlights of his experience include working in physiotherapy and chiropractic multidisciplinary settings. Moreover, he completed the contemporary medical acupuncture programme at McMaster University in 2012. Tristan utilizes the complimentary relationship between disciplines which allows him to incorporate a more balanced and holistic approach to his treatments. Tristan draws on his prior knowledge and experiences, offering a focused treatment that includes deep tissue work, joint play, soft tissue release and contemporary acupuncture.

Michelle Chin, B.Sc., ND
Michelle Chin, ND is a licensed and regulated naturopathic doctor with a commitment to educating and empowering her patients to make healthy lifestyle choices for the promotion of health and the prevention of disease.
Michelle is dedicated to addressing her patients’ health concerns by identifying the root cause of illness and offering safe and effective treatment options in order to return the body to a natural state of balance. She believes in a holistic and individualized approach that takes into consideration all of the lifestyle factors that affect health and disease. Michelle encourages an integrative approach to health care with full communication between all her patient’s primary health care providers.
Michelle is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor in Sciences Honours degree in Kinesiology. Her passion for health promotion and her desire to educate and motivate people towards healthy living lead Michelle to a career in naturopathic medicine. Following four years of intensive study, including a one-year clinical internship, Michelle graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto.
Michelle keeps current on the latest research by attending seminars of acclaimed doctors in the healthcare field. She is a member of both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors and is licensed through the Board of Directors of Drugless Therapy – Naturopathy.

Recipe: Mango Quinoa Salad
Quinoa is a healthy and nutrient dense grain that is well known for its versatility in recipes. Excellent as a side or as a main dish, this delicious salad is a taste of summer!
- 1 cup of uncooked quinoa
- 1-2 ripe mangos, peeled and chopped
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup of pecan pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of one lime
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- Wash quinoa and boil in 2 cups of water for 10 minutes
- Cover and let quinoa sit until it absorbs all the water
- Fluff quinoa with a fork and let it cool to room temperature
- Peel and cut the mango(s) into cubes
- Chop green onions
- Add cranberries, pecans, green onions and mangos to the quinoa. Stir well.
- In a small bowl combine lime juice, olive oil and turmeric
- Add dressing to the quinoa stirring well
